Security
S&F uses industry standard encryption to ensure the highest security for credit card and personal details submitted to us over the Internet. We are confident that we are offering the secure service you can expect from S&F. Information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the unlikely event that it is intercepted by someone else.

Use of Site
S&F reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel transactions in its discretion, if S&F believes that customer conduct is in violation or breach of any applicable law or S&F’s terms and conditions, or is harmful to the interests of S&F. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Contracts are established at time of despatch.

Customs Charges
If you are ordering goods for delivery outside of the EU, please note that your consignment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination. Any such charges levied in relation to customs clearance must be borne by you. It is accepted by you that S&F has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance. S&F recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your online order.

Privacy
S&F recognises the concern of our customers regarding privacy of information. All information you give to S&F is stored securely, and is not accessible to other users. Rest assured that any information you give to S&F will not be distributed to any other company outside of the S&F, unless you give us your express consent.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you or pass your information to another trader unless you have given us your consent. In order to process your payment we may, however, provide financial information to our account processors (including Banks and such organisations). In addition, you may notify us if you do not wish to receive any further marketing information from us. The type of information we will collect about you includes your name, address, phone number and email address.
We will not collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

We will endeavour to ensure the information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first, except for payment processing thorugh the secure channels of our banking partners.
We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a “cookie” which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings. If you have any questions/comments about privacy, you should email us.
We do not knowingly collect for company use any personal information of children under 12 without the consent of their parent or carer.

Refunds and Returns
We will be happy to accept items for return in any of the following cases:
a) The item was found to be damaged or faulty.
We will either replace the item or give you a full refund (including postage costs). Please state which option you prefer. If you require a replacement, we will wait to receive the faulty copy from you before despatching a new one.
b) The item was incorrectly supplied.
If we have made a mistake in fulfilling your order, a full refund (including postage costs) will be given.
c) The item does not meet with your requirements.
We will refund the ordered item only (all postage costs will be incurred by the customer) subject to the following conditions:
– The book must be returned within 28 days of receipt in the UK, 48 days of receipt in Europe, and 4 months of receipt in any country outside the UK or Europe.
– It must be in pristine and resaleable condition.
– It must be accompanied by a copy of the delivery note or receipt.
In all cases, items should be returned in their original packaging to:

Items should be returned to us by the most economical method. They remain your property until we have received them. All returns are accepted at the discretion of S&F.

Non Delivery
If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which they were despatched to you, S&F shall have no liability to you unless you notify S&F within 40 days of the date on which the goods were despatched to you.
If you notify a problem to S&F under this condition, S&F’s only obligation will be, at its option, to make good any shortage or non-delivery; to replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective; or to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question to the original method of payment.

Copyright
The layout, content, design, graphic, photographic, text, multimedia, audio-visual material and other contents of S&F are the property of S&F or has been licensed to S&F, and are protected by all applicable national and international trade mark, service mark, copyright and other intellectual property laws, rules, regulations, treaties, and conventions. Information, logos, titles, and Internet links accessed, obtained, downloaded or copied by or through S&F’s services belong to the purveyors of such information and Internet links are subject to all applicable intellectual property laws, rules, regulations, and treaties.
You understand and agree that copying or distributing information and other data, in whatever form and without the express written consent of its owner, may constitute infringement of one or more intellectual property laws, conventions, rules, regulations, or treaties.
